I haven't figured out how to download pictures. On most other forums, I can just drag and drop or there's a download feature. I may be dense, but I can't figure it out.

Right click and save. If you click on the picture it opens in another tab but it seems to be the same size. If you are using a Mac you have to enable right click in system preferences.

Also, some websites, like Instagram, have browser code to keep you from right-clicking and saving a picture.

Even on those websites, you can always take a screen snapshot and crop the screen image to just the picture.

You can save the original quality picture on insta by right clicking on it and clicking view page source (on a mac). This will open up a long page, just speed read it until you see a the picture link, click on it and the original will open up.

You can do this on many sites.

That was google chrome. Safari might be slightly different.

Thanks for all the input. I have a MAC and will see if I can find the right click equivalent. I don't use a mouse and the track pad doesn't have anything like the mouse I've used before, but I'll figure it out. Thanks again.

If you click and use the command key or one/two of the related keys near by - shift, ctrl, etc - that often can be used to mimic a right click or some other mouse command. At least on my old Mac laptop...T
