Correct, some 1985 Downdrafts did not have fog-lights, I think it became more prolific in 1986 and onwards. Meanwhile, I note fog-lights started to become fitted in the last year of the LP500S production, although not all cars had them, this well-known car below shown in a March 1984 published image is an example. What model had the side skirts but not the full 25th anniversary add on? Canadian car https://www.instagram.com/p/BoFGe9OAlfU/?utm_source=ig_share_sheet&igshid=1lh6jx418qrrv
What most folks refer to as the “88.5”. The 88.5 added the side skirts, digital climate control system, long skinny dash vents instead of the round version. It was the last iteration of the 5000QV before the 25th anniversary model. Mike

Most of the body panels were numbered like this in the seventies before completion. This is most likely the 56th ordered car with the name of the client. I've seen the exact same handwritten number also in red on a LP400 panel. The number was matching with the VIN. Is it from Urraco S/N 150112? For example?
No it’s from my Countach QV, the left sidepanel of the center console. ..56 are the last two numbers of the VIN.
As I understand it the last two digits of the Countach vin were used to track the car/parts through the production process because the Countach body was made in house and lacks a body number. It appears that the number 56 is also written in red although upside down. Does your car perhaps have a champagne [spampagne] interior?
