Thanks! We have a bunch more memorabilia, and will take some more recent photos if desired. Two crazies collecting stuff over the years has led to a lot of interesting things. It’s a pretty good research library. In addition to a full set of FORZA and Cavallinos we have anthologies of ever classic car that has gone to auction since 1995. Lots to get lost in

It's been a few years since I have seen one of those. I am a draughtsman but moved into IT in the mid 90's.

John William, that garage has to be the best one I have ever seen.

Beautiful place. That's why I originally believed it could be a dealer/corporation "Goodies" garage. :)

Are all the cars routinely exercised?

Yes. We both try to drive a different car every few days. Franco even drives the challenge car to the French quarter.

This thread can officially close now with John's garage alone. OMG :)

This is pure car porn. Is it okay if you show us more dedicated pictures for the one without windshield next to the couch and the one in white and blue that looks like a Transformer, in front of the large 360 mural?

All of those cars are stunning, but I would take the GT1.

I'd take the black McLaren F1 at the bottom right, but the GT1 and CLK GTR are incredible as well. :)

That “garage” is nothing more than a ridiculous, soulless show of wealth by someone who buys cars for no other reason than to one-up the next billionaire. It leaves me cold and uninspired, despite the array of exotic hardware, because there is no passion evident anywhere, and no sense of style.

John’s garage, on the other hand, is in my humble opinion, the epitome of a car lovers garage. A place you could spend endless time sitting in with your mates and reminiscing over good times.

I would walk around that first garage for an hour or so, tick the experience off my list, and move on

That's not really fair to Mkar. Anyone who follows him on IG will see he does use his cars and has plenty of seat time in them. He participated with his F1 with a bunch of others in France last year. His collection is a lot more diverse than what appears as the latest and greatest. His collection has an original Shelby Cobra, GT350 Mustang, Aston DB5 and a 2000GT along with some other vintage cars, so there's passion somewhere. He is currently expanding his garage at home because that's where he wants his cars.
