Barenaked F355 spider frame

Looks like someone wanted to restore it...sandblasted it and never got around to putting it back together

 

Ads like this always raise red flags for me... Is the VIN etched anywhere on the body, or does Ferrari only use stickers for VINs?

 

It’s stamped in a rail in the engine bay.

 

It was built at one time, it’s just been stripped. You can see it was primed right where it’s sitting. More than likely a burn car. No wreck damage but now they’ve covered it to a point that you can’t tell how badly burnt it was. My be ok, maybe not.

Yep - you can see mine in this photo. The engine bay panel actually has a notch to be able to see this without removing the panel.

Is it me or the top of the windshield frame is warped or dented?

 

Wonder if it comes with a clean tittle.

 

That's likely from the intense heat of the theorized fire. Probably melted.

It would be fun to get the VIN and run a check on it...

I am surprised no one has mentioned this frame as possibly the recent You Tube flame star.

I contacted him, asking 20,000 us for it. It's in Europe and hes willing to ship.... sent me about 20 pics

Complete as in all steel body panels, that's it. It was southern Italy, hes a member here, I think people on this forum have gotten parts from him Pasquale Coppola

 

I actually bought a Lamborghini Diablo door from him. Deal went fine, I paid up big but if you need a nice door for a Diablo you pay up when you find one. Not as common as a 355 shell.
