    No, it's for overflow, it leads to the bottom of the car. All good.

    The solenoid is also correct.

    In the 2nd pic, that ty wrap appears to be squeezing that rubber line pretty tight

    seems not to be a ty rap, i can see the "barrel" is round not square

    I do not believe those are rubber lines, it is insulation around electrical wires.
