Maybe gasly and Vettel will swap in a years time, with gasly coming in as second driver to chuckie cheese!

What Ferrari need is a driver who can move the car forward (like Michael did) either by explaining to the engineer what parts are not working, or finding an engineer who can understand driver-lingo to the point where the poor parts are rectified. Right now Vettel is not that kind of driver.

To a point, yes, but the rules need to be amended, and the political power of Mercedes needs to be put in check. Their ‘limited illegal’ parts, of which there are more than a few holes in some wheels, need to attract penalties and removal just as ferrari and the rest have had developments removed and banned from the cars. It is not good enough to let them run illegally, win enough races to get the lead in the championship to a point where anyone with half a brain nows it is over, and then remove them in some false show of sportsmanship...... they should have points deducted at the very minimum, and results removed. Ferrari were once the equal of red bull and Mercedes in the politics of the sport, in recent years, Mercedes rules the roost, and the rules for 2014 onwards are the clearest indication that the FIA is in Mercedes pocket, unassailable by any team, and if a team gets close, they are sanctioned and hounded until they cave in, and Mercedes allowed every trick in the book to thwart the challenge

David Coulthard is saying that the Sebastian Vettel is spending more and more time at the Redbull camp at the races. Interesting. He’s going to his comfort zone perhaps. I wonder if he’ll leave Ferrari after next year.

Are you part of the team and present in the driver-engineer briefings or how would you possibly know???
Hilarious what people are throwing at Seb right at the moment...

Vettel won't get popular with the Ferrari camp if he keeps doing that !

I also think Vettel will not see his present contract renewed.

We are heading to an amicable divorce like it happened with Alonso.

If testing was allowed, the Ferrari would be better!

I think a lot of people here already think LeClerc is The One.

Vettel was trying to blame an aerodynamic black hole for his spins. Yeah...or maybe don't hit other cars at 170 MPH and you won't spin out!

Do you honestly think Max would have finished 2nd last week if he was piloting the faster Ferrari ?

8 podiums so far in 2018 for a 21 year old. The kid has great potential and balls of steel.

I would put Alonso in the car on a provisional basis. He is as fast as Vettel and doesn't crack under pressure.

Now they'll have to crash scale models in the wind tunnel just because for Vettel crashing is a standard driving proccedure.

Again, I see to much expectation about a driver who hasn't proved anything yet.

We can speak about it at the end of next year, perhaps.

Yet, in the real world Alonso isn't interested in F1 anymore.

All he wants now is get the Triple Crown before retirement.

Alonso isn't interested in driving a POS anything. IMO he would kill for a seat with one of the top 3 teams.
