Do you think these will go up in value?,

If so, which ones, Cab's Coupes, Manual, etc?

    Which colors, options, etc?

    Coupes and Manuals.

However, they will all go up.

The core colors are Black, Silver and Grey

Key colors are Yellow, Blues and White.

They will retain value in lock step with the SP 500.

Perhaps, though if I were to park my money in a 996 of similar value as an investment, it would certainly be a GT3.

I would echo the sentiment based on what I see as a trend. Manuals depreciate slower, and appreciate faster, than automatics.

A Turbo S usually does well but there is so much hate for the 996 I really don't know if they will ever ragain value. I think anyone wanting a turbo s will choose the 997 but hey who knows it might shoot up in value.

I tend to agree with the above statement, but then again I have never thought about what anything is going to be worth tomorrow, only what it is worth to me today.

In Europe the most desired combo is (excluding the GT2, GT3, Turbo and Rennsport versions): coupe + manual + rear wheel drive.

Personally I think the 993 is the best Porsche 911-generation ever built (it was seriously over-engineered).
