Your target is very realistic, I think it is fair. The seller has to know he cannot recoup all those options. You will be getting a sick car at a huge discount.

@LandandcarsAZ that is an absolutely bonkers 720S ! Highest MSRP save for the MSO Velocity with its $60k paint job.

I did same as you and choose 720S as my first supercar. I knew exactly what I wanted so I spec'd it and waited... didn't really care about depreciation as I knew I'd keep it several years, and had a feeling it would fare better than other mainstream McLaren models (which it has). As expensive as they are, the value is there - car is worth every penny.

 

I think around 330? Didn’t look crazy into it.

Agree and the manual seats also save a lot of weight. Take a cell phone pic of the seat controls (or pull up the manual on the center display) and reference that while you adjust, it makes it much less frustrating. And use the memories for various drivers so you don't have deal with this buttons again.

 

60K in CF options. Whoa. Exterior color looks great with orange calipers and contrasting CF black.

 

If I was to spec one I’d 100% do manual carbon bucket seats. I thought the seat controls on both the 720 and 570 I drove were absurd.

 

It just takes time getting used to. Once you’ve learned, it becomes “ok”.

Also, right side control placement avoids your expensive watches getting banged up between carbon tub sill and seat base.

 

Lamndcarz go grab that car and forget all of the price talks...it looks killer.

I cannot wait to see incoming!

Just returned from travels--man trying to get a deal done on two 720's is not easy (my friend is buying as well, but one is tied to other from pricing concession).

My wire is ready--just awaiting the other party sorting crap.

Standby...I made a color decision though...secret until incoming.

I would love to see that in person--it's a CF beast.

Maybe I should move to Scottsdale--720 heaven.

Scottsdale is amazing it’s my favorite place in the country. Unfortunately (and fortunately I guess) my business located in Pittsburgh has undergone massive growth last 24 months and I’ve had to spend basically all my time here but I’m going through a sales process now so hopefully end of 2019 I’m back in the warmth. I highly recommend grabbing a place there. I think it’s due for a small price correction as well.
