Yes, Metropolitan Stadium.
In '67, Lambeau was on the edge of town. My memory has probably exaggerated the lack of development S of Lambeau in the early '60s, but I remember walking past the stadium where there was little but a C-store for many blocks. Whoever named Lambeau the Frozen Tundra saw the same frozen, flat landscape.
