No - what you need is a BALANCE of options - problem is it's shifting daily as some costs drop and others increase ie natural gas at 25c per MILLION BTU in US at present... This is the thinking that needs to change - no single option rules, you need to be agile; which old style solutions are not. We need to break away from the national / state grid thinking and get down to local levels of delivery.
You can hope the "thinking " will change all you like, it doesn't change the reality that renewables have caused energy prices to increase in Australia. The problem, as I explained was that the supply of renewables is unpredictable, in fact its even less predicatble if done at a local level. M
Sorry, the problem is people focus on ONE source, whereas most areas should have mix then the 'down' time is minimised.

Looks good, it's #108130 and hasn't been seen for ages. FMS also sold the last 355C to hit the market in Oz, the ex Yellafella #107989 at the beginning of 2017, the ask on that was $429K , it had done 63 000km. M
Yes, ex Peter Floyd. Actually I reckon it looks pretty good, the only issue I can see is the sticky console around the A/C controls. Rest of it looks fine. And its only done 13 236 ks, would have to be the lowest mileage of any 355C in Oz.
