    Anxious to see your process on this one. I’m dealing with a restoration now where the truck was painted, then chipped , and now the shop is really struggling to match the color. I’m worried they may have to repaint the truck.

    With modern solvent you don't have to anymore its considered an old school style. On modern water based paint they call it an orientation coat for metallics.

    It’s a medium metallic gold. I’ll find out the paint line and shoot you an email. I prefer glasurit, but know that isn’t the line they mix in house.
