Cheers, guys! I've learned a lot from Ferrari Chat, and wanted to contribute. I still have to pinch myself that any of this is actually available.

Congratulations, what a lovely looking car and beautifully done. My only problem is that it makes the wait for mine all the harder! Hope you enjoy her.

Amazing design and obviously a huge amount of thought into it. Congratulations on having the dream realized and hope you enjoy every second of it!

The Grigio Corsa for the interior pieces is a genius choice!

Stunning car and amazing spec. This is a truly amazing colour, looks amazing on the TDF and it looks equally amazing on the 812.

I hope you have many amazing miles!

Anir, thanks again for even considering to use our TM blue for your 812. I think you made a great choice with Tim's color and I cant wait to see that beauty in person!

Chase, thank you. I’m honored that you and David shared it with me. Looking forward to getting together at your charity event next year, if not sooner. I’ll definitely bring the 812 and also Pista if she gets here in time.

What a beautiful 812! Congrats from a fellow AAD member who'd love to get into the world of TM Ferraris someday.

You've made MY day with the kind words, Gentlemen. Jim, I hope you get the chance to do TM, too. It's a dream come true for us.

Erik, I agree that money can buy happiness, especially if you're a car nut like us! The 812 seems silly fast, but it was 32-38 F when I picked up the car and its' on the summer tires. Also, I was keeping the revs below 6,000 to break in the engine. So, I think there's A LOT of performance (and sound!) left to explore. I plan to take her out at Road Atlanta after about 500 miles if the weather warms up soon. Will definitely post more pics when I have them.

Hi Bundy. You’re welcome!! To me, it sounds like this super fine automobile need a maiden voyage down to sunny Miami and back to explore its new continent. Just to verify that the aircondition is working that is.
Enjoy it as much as possible. Regards from Norway from a fellow blue V12 friend!!

Thanks :) The rim spokes look like the legs of a very dangerous spider! The color is really great. Something like a mix of blue and titanium. How is the sound? We have so far only one 812 in our country. I met the owner who had never had a Ferrari before and he told me he was a bit sceptic about Italian cars before he bought it, but now, he said he will never buy a German car anymore. That sums it up pretty well how satisfied he was! Again, congrats!!

Tim & Ferrari nailed it with this color. Ferrari V12’s have the prettiest exhaust note of any car I’ve owned.

I’ve also lost interest in most other cars, and use an FF as a DD. Historically, many folks were justifiably skeptical of Italian reliability, but our Ferraris have been more reliable than many German cars that we’ve owned. Our Audi A8 had a transmission failure. Our BMW M3 SMG blew an engine at 8000 miles due to a connecting rod bearing tolerance issue, and the X5-derived engine on our mid 2000’s Range Rover degenerated by the week. My 1997 Porsche 993TT has been bulletproof despite 8,000 track miles, but I’ve not had much luck with other German marques.

I just realized that we spec'd all interior metal trim in Grigio NART, not Grigio Corsa, as I indicated in the original post. My bad.

Very nice... much easier and less costly than replacing the entire bumper with Euro bumpers, which I've considered doing as a means of getting rid of these hideous reflectors. Well done.

Thanks. I replaced the US bumpers on our 1997 Porsche 993 TT with the Euro units to get rid of the awful bumperettes.
