It would help your cause if I ever attacked you Mark, which I haven’t. You might like to note that very often, you or others will pick out some post of mine that is nothing whatsoever to do with any of you, call me a prick, and dig at me and try to silence me just because I can’t stand Hamilton. If you didn’t do it, I doubt you’d have problems. You seem to miss the point that I get banned all the time too, even recently for something that wasn’t actually done (manipulating a profanity filter). I seem to be the target of many of you guys that want to cheerlead for Elton.... so if you do that, then u have to expect me to want to discuss your thoughts with you. If that means you have to accept I have an opposing position and won’t be changed by your posts, then so be it

Could you maybe pm me and tell me what you considered a personal attack, because I’m pretty careful not to do that unless under extreme circumstances where I lose my temper.

I am surprised that this remains uncommented by the moderators...
So to sum this up: you came up with "another way to see why Lewis WDC are special" in a thread that is not about Lewis... not just that this alone could be considered trolling, just before your last post two users were banned for making this about Lewis and as this was no warning to you you just went on...
And then you are surprised that you were banned as well and think the moderators are biased as you are "bullied and personally attacked" and you are the one with the reasoning... one has to give you that at least you have humor

 

You did not receive a site ban preventing you from logging in and interacting with other members, you received a thread reply restriction to remove you from a thread where you continued an off-topic argument about Hamilton in a thread where there should have been other discussions to have without the petty bickering:

The moderation is not biased either for Ferrari, against Ferrari, for Mercedes, against Mercedes, for McLaren, against McLaren, or any other permutation you (and/or everyone else) might come up with. We get this charge for favoring in one direction one day, and the opposite direction the next, whenever anything requires intervention, so you'll find such accusations carry little weight with the mod team.

Too many threads descend into childish bickering over Hamilton and so, to maintain some degree of separation to allow other discussions to flourish, the participants who would not leave that latest argument alone were removed from the thread for a period of 30 days each to allow a cooling off. You continued with that same argument even after the other combatants were removed, so you found yourself removed along with them. You were (and still are) perfectly free to move on to another thread - as it appears you have done.

What this appears to be is a severe overreaction on your part to what was a fairly gentle intervention by F1 moderation standards.

Next time, and if you're a regular in F1, there will be a next time, shoot a PM to the moderator that temp thread banned you and, maybe he'll give you a more thorough explanation.

Bitching and moaning here about the very legitimate action of the least trigger happy moderator here isn't going to help your cause.

When I try to take photos, or videos, usually a Russian heavy turns up and tries to tell me to stop. Not sure what he’s worried about, I don’t want him in it, and it’s almost impossible to identify someone from a close up of their, er, professional equipment!
