I also wasn't able to install the USB pen software on my PC because when I tried quite a long time ago I remember I received some funny messages. In my case I'm not too worried about that because I rarely use the telemetry. What I suggest is that through your dealer you contact directly Ferrari customer service at Maranello and place them your specific questions about the difficulties you are experiencing in order that you get some technical feed back about what you can do.
In the mean time I remembered the following. As a registered owner you can contact directly [email protected]. because this e-mail address is located in Maranello. In 2016 I had a transmission issue with a Ferrari, not the F12, and because the car had an extension warranty and was for four months at the dealer I was very upset with the situation and wanted to make a formal complaint about it to Ferrari. I contacted Ferrari through that customer service e-mail in english and I was surprised how quickly they replied and how well they handled the subject by putting all my questions to their technical specialists and then providing an answer. May be you could try first that route.

Looks metallic to me, so that wouldn't be Mugello. Maybe you meant Rosso Maranello? That'd be my guess... or Fuoco, perhaps. Fuoco is more orange but it's always difficult to tell in a single picture without other reds for comparison.
I understand what you are saying. Though I just went with the photographer's description of Rosso Mugello. He to is very familiar with them. Your wish is my command Another picture of that F12 from a different angle to compare the Rosso Mugello shade. Then another red for comparison to. The FF in the second picture he says is Rosso Scuderia for comparison again with that same F12. Anyway I hope this helps, thanks for your observations! Just not Mugello... I'm positive. We're looking to a complex metallic, possibly multi-layer paint here. Mugello is very nice also but just a solid, dark red. I believe it's simply the names that are often mistaken.
Pictures looks a little color enhanced but agree has the glow of a 3-layer as opposed to a solid. Here's Mugello: http://dansgaragedetailing.com/ferrari-f12-tdf-rosso-mugello/
A rare colour for the F12... Blue Corsa: Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
The CF bridges look good on this blue - Whatever the name. Wasn’t an option I thought would look good until now.
They’re Nero Daytona bridges with carbon shields. Despite the photos, it is Blue Corsa; I know the car.
