Could I ask if some one can post some photos of the metal inner front arch panels and how they are fixed.

These are the ones that curve around the headlight bowls.

Advice in how they fit would be a bonus as well.

1970 M series. Thanks in advance.

Do you have the panels, or are you going to make new ones?

    Regards, Alberto

    Alberto/Peter,

Alberto, I already have the panels. I bought them from Marenello in UK back in the early eighties but never fitted them.

Peter, Thanks for the photos. The right hand side is very similar to my M series but the left hand side is very different.

My headlight bowls dont have the mounting tab the same as yours.

If any one else has some photos or advice they can share with me it would be much appreciated.

My 71 M-series (01712) has the mounting tabs on both driver and passenger side and in about the same location on the bowl (at the bottom, just offset towards the outside). When you say "dont have the mounting tab the same as yours." do mean you don't have the tab or they're in a very different location on the headlight bowl, or?

This is how my headlight bowls look.
