    It's pretty sad Karen....The amount of toxic crap that mainland China pumps across the border is disgusting....The best months here are June / July with the Southerly breeze...Yesterday I only saw the runway at around 1 mile.....

    Weird invert has happened since I first came to live in HK in 1988 - air was reasonably clean but the seawater was filthy...now the water is reasonable cleaned up but the air is unbreathable! Seems a lot of the pollution around the airport is also 'local' concrete and construction dust; at least I can see some hilltops out here.

    Yep today's much better...I can see the Island from my apartment.....Just heading into central now to run some errands before going to LA tomorrow.....Hopefully it won't be too busy in town....
