I don't think KC will make it to the SB. I just don't think the Defense can get them there. A lot of folks don't think Balt has a chance, but I do. He drove his helmet into his chest, that is why he got a flag.
What are the chances of this? Can history repeats itself? The Saints certainly hope so as they face Carolina this Sunday:
Agree, and neither can the their coach. I think more because of their coach then their defense. A good coach can overcome bad defense with a good game plan. Andy Reid seems to find a way to lose. He's yet to win when it counts . Whether it's in game decisions or poor clock management.
True, although even they seem to have lost a bit of their edge this year. And who knows if they'll find a good reason to move.
Who agrees that the Pats are going to lose the first playoff game they play this year? Even if it's in Gillette? Kirpal knows his foosball, and it's clear Tom Terrific like loose deflated saggy balls Sent from my SM-G955U using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Welcome to F-chat. I think it'll depend on who they get in round # 1, assuming they don't get a bye. I think the AFC teams that will give them the most problems are Chargers (nice D & O balance), Ravens (great D & Lamar J and their running attack) and Texans (very good D, Watson is going to be a special player when all is said and done, Hopkins already is) in that order. Other likely playoff teams they can rely on their experience to best. T
I know that Brady has said he wants to play "beyond 2019" but I think that he and Belichick need to start seriously thinking about checking out, and I think they'll go out together. Considering Tom's age (no matter how well he's playing), I'd suggest they should consider making 2019 their "farewell tour". And considering how Gronkowski has been playing, he should probably consider going out with them.
It’s hard to bet against NE ever, but this NE team just seems off. That PITT game is one where Brady ALWAYS comes back and delivers a victory in. And that last second loss to Miami - ouch - when does NE ever lose like that (and remember earlier in the year the Bears almost did the same, only to be stopped at the goal line with no time on the clock). Gronk looks like he’s 80 years old. Belichik is uncharacteristically complimenting his players after a loss - which he NEVER does after a win, even a SB win. Is it finally time for a changing of the guard? As I said, I never count them out, however all the signs are showing differently. I guess we’ll see in a few weeks when the playoffs start.
I think for some reason they are having huge motivation issues. I knew they had other major problems when they let Nate Solder walk away... They MIGHT be able to resurrect one last hoorah - but not this season. Oh - and I think the play calling has not been up to par... I just don't think they can do much without a BIG, FAST, RELIABLE downfield WR, and one that is not a step away from retirement. Please don't add someone like a Chad Ochocinco or some other 9+ year vet, unless his name is Larry Fitzgerald or Calvin Johnson - who is not officially retired....
Teddy B gets the chance to start for Saints. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000001004801/article/teddy-bridgewater-will-start-for-saints-vs-panthers T
There's a lot of concern here with the Pats. BB has made some uncharacteristic coaching mistakes this year. And as a GM he's been criticized for letting Amendola go and trading away Cooks. Nobody cared about Lewis or Solder (he sucked this year). Brady is not himself from a combination of injury and not having much to throw to. I'm not betting on them to win the SB this year because I think it's unlikely they'll get that far. The best hope is they win today and the Chiefs and Chargers lose.
