    Marcel it never fails to amaze me that people will spend huge sums of money on a restoration that simply isn't done correctly. No excuse now unlike in the past with all the talent and more importantly 'knowledge' out there today.
    I can just hear GG being cheap when he should have been smart and paid for that priceless knowledge of how the Ferrari was originally designed. Thank you for sharing those great interior pictures that show the way it really was!
    The other curiosity is how something so nice eventually got destroyed but every car has a story...

    It has a clutch pedal so I don't think so. GTC has a transaxle I believe the first automatics were in 365 GT 2+2.

    Here are interior pix of another one-off 330 GTC.
    #9571 was originally owned by Bolivian tin king Jaime Ortiz-Patino, resident in Vandoeuvres (Geneva), Switzerland.
    I particularly like the "Oh-sxit bar" for his mistress.

    Ortiz-Patino owned many Ferraris and also had a Ford GT40 which he entered under the name of Zitro Racing (Ortiz reversed).

    1739 GT not 01739 GT.
    Paint Bianco Perlato (pearl white) was supplied by the client (Dr. Enrico Wax).
    Leather was Connolly VM 3476 Turquoise Green.

    1739 GT as it is today (August 2018).

    Thank you Marcel. I thought one of the more showy details was his request for 'red' cam covers on the engine. It was a forerunner of many unique features inside and outside on the car that would appear on later cars. Also stainless steel for the roof treatment to. The new interior of 1739 GT.

    Thank you for adding the photograph of 1739 GT there Marcel! I doubt that many people were aware of that tilt front end design characteristic.
