Seat belts were not mandatory in the early/mid-sixties. Factory paperwork shows which cars were ordered with the (then still optional) seat belts. To give you an idea, of the first 820 units of the 330 GT 2+2 (both series) just 31 were ordered with seat belts. Marcel Massini

It is a complete replica built by Dino Cognolato in Vigonza near Padova, Italy, on behalf of the factory, back in 1987. Using #90125. Here it is at Imola October 1987.
