F50 left the 360 plenty of room. This one's on the driver of the 360 by going off the road instead of backing off a little.

If the 360 was just an innocent bystander I would agree. However it appears they were playing with each other and the 360 was trying to shutdown the F50 behind the traffic (in middle lane). He misjudged it when the F50 shut him down and lost control.

Looked like 360 was trying to deny him the lane. F50 was in peripheral view long enough an avoidance maneuver (lifting/braking) could have made it a non issue. He played a losing hand too long.
I'd call this one a draw. Both were driving like fools and one paid the price.

F50 was more than a car length ahead going around the middle car. This was a street race so lanes don't matter. 360 stupidly tried to make up the space instead of waiting for a later time. But can't know the history of their interaction before they came into view.

360 pilot should backed off throttle swerving is dumb move, its a clear 360 pilot is not good driver at speed, F50 is a much faster with a better handling

    Thank you

Correct but when one decides to race on the streets the rule book gets distorted
The 360 should have seen the F50 in a diagonal path to the fast lane with much
more momentum Time to back of for the sake of safety IMO

I didnt realize they were racing. If so then Im going to blame them equally. People who drive like that on the street need to learn a harsh lesson such as i did when i was pulled over going ~140ish in my early 30s. Talking my way out of jail and my car going to impound taught me an important lesson. Hopefully the guy with the 360 learned his.

Similar a certain R8 crashing a few years back doing a comparable stunt.
Luckily only the driver crashing this time and not involving innocent bystanders.

Never sat in an F50. Not sure about the blind spot.
However, if it's anything like the 360, I don't think the F50 driver even saw the 360. Probably did not hear the 360 engine due to his own engine screaming at top RPM.

    Blind spot in the windshield?
F50 just passed the 360, couldn't have missed him unless he was texting.

Its called situational awareness and part of SA is knowing the relationship of moving things around you and their relative speeds. We do it every day driving. The 360 failed at it.

An F40 has huge vision issues to the rear quarters but it has explosive acceleration. When I pass in one of those I just accelerate past the car and pull in.

Not sure what happened before 0 second in the video but the whole time the F50 was leading the 360. Can't definitively say the 360 was ever in front of the F50.

Should race on a race track instead on a public road. Both are stupid and losers.

Just the one hole to get thru. Maybe they both surprised each other but by then it was too late to get religion. It looks like the 360 could have pulled it off on the shoulder if the F50 had accelerated thru and allowed some non breaking clearance to grow.

Two folks with more money than brains. I'm just glad the other drivers on the road didn't get tangled up in it.

    Meh...it was just a 360.

;) I kid, I kid. I would definitely say they were both going too fast for the condition but I also say let he who is without sin cast the first stone.

That’s an expensive lesson for mr 360, who here hasn’t had a spirited drive in a group, and had the situation get a little out of hand when one in the group makes a less well thought out move, and nearly hits someone else or spins out. Let’s not be too harsh on the guy. I’ve done the usual road rallies, and driving like this is almost mandatory for some of them on those rallies. This time, unfortunately, a nice car got totalled, but at least the nicer car didn’t.

I blame the F50 driver. Pulling a racetrack move like that. I watched it a few times and I don't see any space between cars. It looks like the F50's rear wheel is in line with the 360's front wheel just before the F50 entered his lane.
