Do you actually think I could choke that down without some Cholula??? Image Unavailable, Please Login
I always like Jimmy Dean sausage. Sage, mmmm. The new egg fritatta sandwiches look good too. I’ve been snacking dehydrated Kale chips and brussel spouts. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I had that same circular dehydrator and burned up two of them - or they failed somehow. Never replaced the last one. Need to get another to take its place.
Funny thing, we have one of those, and when it runs, the remotes for the garage door won’t work. Interferes somehow with the signal - took us forever to figure it out.
Son made everyone the “ultimate” breakfast lol. Pancakes are green because he’s 11, and we have food coloring. Hehe Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
So, for years there was a great place in Phoenix called Gallo Blanco that made the best Chiliquiles. Sadly there was a lease dispute and they shut down. Now, after being deprived of their Chiliquiles for years, they have re-opened in a new spot. Went yesterday. Yummy! Image Unavailable, Please Login
Today was a “clean out the fridge” omelet with; chicken sausage, spinach, grated cheddar cheese and salsa verde. Served with s couple of warm tortillas. Yeah, it was yummy! (I should not have to mention that cholula was added before consumption) Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Bittersweet breakfast today...dropped Ania off at the airport as she is headed home to Poland for two weeks for the holidays...but did make me a half dozen bagels this morning before departing: Image Unavailable, Please Login
I wish. [I was going with her to Poland, but unfortunately my mom is in the hospital, so I'm going to be with her instead. No pierogis for me until my spring time visit]
On Christmas morning, after opening presents, my Brother-in-law always makes the same 3 things, its something I look forward to each year: - Poached Pear - "Casserole of shredded potatoes, sausage, onion and cheese - Sticky buns - We always add a few over easy eggs (I added Cholula later of course) Image Unavailable, Please Login
Cheese souffle. The cheese on top is a slice of American per request of the missus. It's the wife's birthday, who am I to argue. Image Unavailable, Please Login T
Big breakfast weekend for us. First up, we went to a place called Perk in Scottsdale after the big Parking and Posing (err, "cars and coffee"). The gf had the "brie french toast with roasted grapes and rosemary-grape syrup. I had the corned beef hash with a couple of eggs over easy. And we shared some crispy bacon and a couple of potato pancakes. All was very good. That fancy french toast was really pretty great, she had half of it leftover for breakfast the next morning and it was still great despite chilling overnight. This morning I made a "clean out the fridge" omelet. There was some leftover beef from the dinner I posted in that thread. And some mushrooms and spinach and shallots. Added some shredded cheddar cheese and it made one heck of a good omelet! Served it christmas style with salsa verde and cholula and a couple of tortillas of course Image Unavailable, Please Login
That brie French toast looks delicious. I would not have guessed that brie would be a good choice, but it sure looks great. T
The other day, I threw together a breakfast feast to use up the potatoes I didn't cook for Xmas. Latkes, center cut bacon with sugar and Eric made the scrambled eggs with ricotta. These aren't them but I have also been making proper brunch style scrambled eggs a lot lately, with dijon and Crème fraîche . Image Unavailable, Please Login
