    Is it just me or do others feel like we're not seeing very many inspired specs on the Pista? There's the Rosso Corsa with silver and black livery. Yawn. Then silver and black, I'm falling asleep. Giallo with a black stripe, ok but whatever you're that guy who bought a yellow Ferrari. The best car we've seen so far was the Rosso Fiorano car. I want to see Rosso F1 and Rosso Fuoco and Rosso Maranello and maybe even Arancio Triplo Strato. Have some balls guys.

    That being said, my dealer said I had to some in and spec my car next week and I have no idea what I'm going to do. LOL

    Our Tailor Made Pista is definitely a little “ballsy”, but going that route doesn’t lend itself to one of the earliest deliveries unless maybe you’re a customer with a TOP ranking. We could have spec’d our Pista 6-7 months sooner if we hadn’t done TM, and TM deliveries often take 12-15 months to arrive.

    Of course, you can spec a beautiful and creative car directly from the dealership nowadays, but my point is that a lot of buyers who want a non-traditional spec seek out Atelier or Tailor Made.

    That depends on your definition of inspired. And balls, actually... but let's not go there!

    I specced my Pista (which is being PDI'd as I type) very basic cosmetically, which some might call ballsy. White (Bianco Avus) exterior. Black calipers. Carbon everything outside, because I wanted the carbon wheels for agility reasons and thus consistency in the dark aspects in the exterior. I didn't put in a radio. No sat nav. No stripe. No lift. No front sensors. All decisions that might potentially impact resale.

    But I don't care. I didn't spec and buy this car with the idea of selling it. Ever. And the car is exactly what I want: a focused high-performance car that will be driven hard. I don't need fancy colours (that I personally don't fancy at all!) for that. I don't need to attract any more attention with the car than it does by merely being a 488 Pista. Again, for me, none of that cosmetic stuff will contribute to my most important variable in this equation: delta (driving) fun!

    I went kinda this style you mentioning here with mine, even my dealer told me that is a really nice spec, but I have to wait till 2020 unfortunately....at least I get it, just long time to wait for me, who cares....
