Not often. I have put it in muffins before, but most always it just goes to the compost pile.

Compost pile is a good option. I've used fruit pulp - mostly berries - to bulk up muffins.

Necessity is the mother of invention. So is having a few items bearing the end of their freshness.

Zoodles, shrooms, white onion. Lamb cubed. Spices and an Indian jalfrezi simmer sauce. Not the most visually stunning, but tasty.

I've not consumed much Indian fare, but have cooked other dishes which seem to blend colors together, and while not having the visual flare, it doesn't seem to detract from the taste. That still looks very tasty to me. Turmuric is one spice that when I use it seems to pervade a dish and not make for my pictures to have much eye appeal.

Make chili. Buy a bag of Fritos. Open bag and put into a bowl. Top with chili. Chow down! [emoji2]

I just used a chili box. I like this brand, but would definitely try all the brands you can. I also have Carrol Shelby chili mix but i haven't used it yet.

I also added a can of diced chipotle tomatoes (see bottom of box in image), half an onion and celery. I used 2lbs of chuck cut into small pieces instead of ground beef. Stuck in crockpot for around 6 hours. But that's all up to you how long you go.

A little note that no one ever mentions about chili. Make it the day before, cool, and stick in the fridge. It will help thicken it up even more and the flavor is better the next day.

My cousin didn't want dinner. He was picking up his four year old son and didn't want to do that late. So I grabbed a cheeseburger and onion rings from a local fast food joint. Tonight I'm not sure yet.

    Those look tasty!

Still on a lamb kick. Lamb chops. S&P, garlic, EVOO, oregano and a squirt of lime juice. Too cold (and I too lazy) to fire up the grill.
So, I did them in the oven. 400 F for about 10 min, with a flip. Then under the broiler on high. About 3 min per side.

Served it with a cucumber & tomato salad. Green peas.

I got a pepperoni pizza from Little Caesars for lunch. I'm having the left overs for dinner. I'm going back to salads soon. Hit 180 again. I want to be back down to 165 or 170.

Been there. Love it! Among the best ribs we've had in Tejas since moving here from Memphis. What did you order? Brisket, slaw, potato salad, a link and something else hiding under that pile of goodness?

Had to go into Vancouver yesterday. Got out of dodge around 3pm to miss traffic. So didn't stop at my favorite Italian place. Even leaving at 3pm and having my brother in the car to use the HOV lane. We hit my town near 5pm. So we stopped at the bistro. I had beef dip.
