    He said he put a Speciale body kit on it. It had very minor rear bumper damage which gave it a rebuilt title? Doesn’t make sense to me. He has a bunch of these for sale and has no issues having PPI done anywhere buyer wants. Anyone dealt with this guy?

    florida 80% insurance threshold so saying it had minor bumper damage doesn't seem legit
