488 Replacement

Huracan successor is confirmed to have an Audi V8 Twin Turbo. Same as in the Urus / RS6.

 

It replaces no car. It is sui generis. Or think of it as the 720 in the Mac lineup and the future V6 Ferrari as the 570 in the Mac lineup. Or think of Big Brother as the true successor V8 and the new V6 as the new Dino-ish car. In any event, the choices are definitely increasing.

Personally, I like the idea of more choices but hopefully lower production per choice. That's the only way for Ferrari to increase production and maintain their relationship with historical legacy customers who don't like depreciation.

 

Sounds like they are using the parts of the J50.
(Which already had a Pista like nose, diffusor and rear spoiler)

Lamborghini is committed to using a V10 in the Huracan successor, it will be a hybrid though.
