I think it would be much better and easier to post "your" photos in the well established thread "More Old Photos" rather than starting for every single picture a new thread. Marcel Massini
Same section here! VINTAGE. The thread is titled "More Old Photos" and exists since many years and contains hundreds of period pix. BTW there is also a search function on top right of your screen. Marcel Massini
long ago ( old system ) there has been a search buttom, but not now anymore Image Unavailable, Please Login
I use the old system as for me the new one is useless. Way too complicated and not clear (visually), extremely difficult to use. The search button is just one of the many advantages of the old system. My 2 cents only. Marcel Massini
At the bottom left corner of the main forums page is a label noting which style is selected. Click on it and you can change your style. As long as you remain logged in, the style selection will remain attached to your account. The old style is the only version of this site that I can use....
I did so and now the search function is there again thank you will send a message to rob but how can I change now again to the new system?
Romano, When you have selected old for the Style and want to return to new, do this: Navigate, again, from the main Forums page to the bottom left corner. There you will see the word 'old'. Click on 'old' and you will be given the choice of Styles. Select new or whichever one you want. Dave
jack booker ( mod ) send me an answer: so here for all how to use the search function: You can also search by clicking the magnify glass up at the top right. Alternatively, you can click the menu button (three lines top left), then click the arrow next to the word 'forum', and then click 'search forums' or https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/search/?type=post thank you jack for this info
C. Shelby at the wheel of the 410S Ferrari, chassis # 0598CM, entered by J. Edgar. She exceptionally wears race nr 18 instead Shelby`s habitual 98 one. Shelby came home 2nd behind J-M Fangio 300S Maser, chassis # 3071, before a hard but unfortunate De Portago's 857S, (3rd + fastest lap).
I recall many years ago Hal Ulrich recalled his time in Cuba under contract with NART as a driver or mechanic - or both. He detailed the problems with the locals and the track conditions, both not very nice. Anyone have any info on him in Cuba?
Jim: He drove our 450S in Cuba with Kimberly. I also heard the stories from him. I do not recall Hal had any involvement with NART.
Some pictures from Cuban races a friend's dad shot. Don't know the year Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Great photos. Judging by the Porsche taillights possibly 1958? Is the motorcycle cop a Fidelista or just an early hipster?
