    Did not know it was posted before - this came in an email back in 2013 from my friend Frank D. who used to be the manager at Algar. His email said the following.

    How about the cars out front; two brand new Dinos, a Superfast, a deTomaso Mangusta and my first demo 2000 Spider Veloce!!

    C.Shelby at the wheel of the 410S Ferrari, chassis # 0598CM, entered by J. Edgar. She exceptionally wears race nr 18 instead Shelby`s habitual 98 one. Shelby came home 2nd behind J-M Fangio 300S Maser, chassis # 3071, before a hard but unfortunate De Portago's 857S, (3rd + fastest lap).
