Thank you, Gary. So, we have limited videos as we just don't have access to every model nor the room in our shop and the time to create them.

In some cases, depending on the client's location, we can connect the client with a tech that can come and do the R&R at their home. In others, yes, the car will remain at the dealer / shop until complete.

Good question, and one to consider. Your car will indeed sit in a shop's bay until parts are returned. Keep this in mind as well as the R&R charges whomever you use for refinishing.

As much as the different service providers have tried, it is pretty much impossible to offer an 'exchange' service, many of the older cars have the plastic failing and requiring replacement.

We only offer an exchange on a few select parts such as 355 and 360 paddles. Metal parts are consistent, plastic are not and in many cases parts have tabs broken, etc. Managing that activity (properly) would be a major challenge and in our opinion, just not worth it.

Thanks for the reply Dave. Have no problems now as the 458 is a 15,but we do live in Fl. I guess I like to worry about things in the future. Thanks again. Unbelievable artistic work you do.

Taking delivery of my 19 GTB hopefully later this year and I am already noting Dave's work lol. I guess better to be prepared...

At least the work appears to be outstanding quality and that there is a fix available so kudos to you Dave

Here is a coating comparison of new OEM Soft Touch (top) and our hard touch (lower, headlight control assembly)

I'd say the color is a perfect match yet ours will never fail and get sticky :)
