Anyone have any info on when the regular production of 488s will wrap up? I've got a 488 Spider on the production line right now and think it has got to be near the end of the production run. Anyone else have a regular 488 in the works?
F8 spider probably won't be announced til the autumn so there's likely to be 488 spider production most of this year I'd guess regular 488 coupe production will wrap around Easter since we are still hearing of allocations being specified
My 488 GTB has not entered production yet, estimated for June delivery to my dealer in CA. Wanted a 488 coupe allocation and got it early last month (Feb 19). Apparently grabbed one of the last from the remaining pool, many of which were allocations to be locked/specced as dealer demos apparently Can't wait
I've got March production and they are ahead of schedule. When I walked the V8 line at the factory last October is was mostly Pista coupes so these have to be near the last cars. I'll ask my dealer again on their thoughts.
Very cool, could be a nice little fun fact to accompany the car if this is the case. Thrilled I was able to get one of the last 488 allocations before turnover to the F8, it will be my first Fcar so I am enjoying the wait & letting the excitement build Need to sync with my GM about getting me access to the My Ferrari thing, and also would love a schedule timeframe that I was able to get when my Porsches were on order through the internal tracking system
Your dealer should be able to update you on the list of stages for the build process. Also some customers even track the boat ride over to NJ!
I ordered one in November and I have an April build date although my dealer tells me he expects it to be a tad earlier, maybe later this month.
