Las Vegas Spotters 2019

Saw a white Cullinan yesterday outside 520 S. 4th (where I rented for a few years), probably someone seeing a mutual friend of Xenu. I think it looks great, I think it will be their #1 vehicle in the US. As I've said elsewhere, they should have made it in 2005/6, but better late than never. There's a French blue Ghost I see a fair bit lately.

Seeing a few more Giulia QV's around too, a white one earlier this week on Durango and yesterday I found out a collection attorney I know has a black one - we both parked in Joker's office building to go to court yesterday.

Towbin has some new DBS Superleggeras. Amazing. Obvious DB11 base but the trim details on the nose and tail look aggressive and wonderful to my eye. I heard that a local PI guy got one of the first ones (he's had multiple DB9s and Vanquishes).

 

Saturday night the wife and I saw a 458. It was a beautiful green color with a plate that said HULK......lol

Later that night we saw a white 4c at Millers Brew House in Henderson. My car has not been out of the garage in sometime now.

That green 458 with CF sills was recently sold by Towbin. It had some miles but was in fantastic condition.

Friend of mine stopped by with his new 488 Spider and let me take it for a quick spin... and it feels like I imagined it would (having driven 458s).

Just when I get myself into a good mindset about focusing on getting "debt free" and "being content with what I have," something like this happens!

 

It's so tough to be debt free. A Ferrari would be my weak link....................

 

I keep rationalizing to myself that once I pay my house and primary vehicle off, then I could finance what I want because it creates no serious short term threat to my family's well being. But that of course sacrifices long term wealth-building activities. Trade offs.

Another white 488 this morning on Charleston, turning into OfficeMax/Walmart lot at Decatur.

 

Several spots yesterday as I was on the road for many appointments, a yellow AMG GTS on Rampart (and again this morning Charleston), a gray 12C Spider crossing LV Blvd at Gass, a French blue Huracan Spyder tailed by a dark gray 488GTB on Ogden around lunch time. Usual smattering of RR Ghosts, Bentleys and Masers.

 

Nice sunny but crisp day and there are some cars out. I have the top down . Ruby red 650S spider this morning on Charleston by Town Center. White Ghost. A vinyl decaled silver GT3. White Gran Turismo.

Was around the strip a bit today. Saw the rental green Aventador, orange McLaren 650, green Huracan. Also a sky blue Huracan 580 and an orange 570S, which had local plates but wasn't sure if rental or not. White i8.

Also the usual few dozen Conti GTs, Bentayga, Phantoms and Ghosts.

 

Grey Gallardo on LV Blvd / Fremont at lunch. Also all of those Mint 400 buggies all over Fremont.

 

Orange Aventador with a big wing today on Sahara.

 

Orange rwd Huracan on Charleston around 6 p.m.

Like the Azurro Dino, but think the Italian stripe is a bit much.

 

There's a collector on Instagram from London/UAE? that has several cars in AD with yellow stripes, which I think works really well.

Still I really, really like this car.

 

Saw an 812 Superfast on LV Blvd. Titanium on cuoio it appears, like the F12 he just traded!

 

Also newer R8 in white on Charleston/Rancho around 1pm. Black Wraith near Encore at 10:30am.
