Prices for VIN 065 and car 55, the car is 465,000 Euro, as I know the earliest car that I have seen for sale? the VIN 163 was wrong in a lot of was as I could see, carpet material inside and other small detail, the 163 was almost nicer before they restored the car was for sale in Japan nice car do like all 930 cars are, but this one is cool in the way it is car 55 of 75 Turbo, so problem the VIN number give then the right to ask a premium prices? or what should a perfect 75 Turbo cost these days?
With my Porsche factory parts catalogs, I’ve checked out the part references for the ’76 & ’77 Turbo front valences and spoilers. For 1976, the front valence was 91150397101 and for 1977-1979 (actually through 1983 RoW), it was 93050304900. For a period of time, if you were looking for a 1976 valence, to fit the spoiler (93050305501, 1976-1989), the parts catalogs referenced the later valence (93050304900) and a spacer, 90156548840 (I can’t find the spacer reference anywhere online). Perhaps folks who have restored 1976 Turbos can shed some light on the differences in the front valence. I can’t find the part reference number for 1975 Turbos spoiler or valence but I suspect the valence should be the same as the 1976 Turbos but not sure about the spoiler (perhaps a 911 part #). Anyone who has removed the valence and spoiler on a 1975 Turbo should be able to confirm. I plan to remove and detail my '75 Turbos soon so I’ll make sure and photograph the part numbers.
This should be the same car that was sold at Sotheby's. When I checked before, this was 1 of 1, 3-liter Turbos, red w/ light red interior. https://www.autoblog.com/cars-for-sale-detail--858446635293814979-Porsche-930-1977 Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

Listed on BHCC... https://www.beverlyhillscarclub.com/1975-porsche-930-turbo-c-4558.htm 1975 Porsche 930 Turbo This remarkably iconic 1975 Porsche 930 Turbo with matching numbers and the Certificate of Authenticity included, is for sale in its original color code#027 Guards red with a black interior. This is car number #255 of approximately 284 made in 1975 and also 1 of 20 reported to be in the U.S according to the 930 Turbo 3.0 Liter Registry. It comes equipped with a manual transmission, factory electric sunroof, chrome drivers side mirror, power windows, Fuchs wheels and it includes the spare tire. Very rarely do these early 930's become available to the open market and when they do they certainly don't last very long. Don't miss your opportunity to become part of a select few to own a piece of what many regard is the purest and most original expression of the 911 Turbo. It had the same owner since 1986 and mechanically sound. For $245,000 Image Unavailable, Please Login
1976 Turbo Carrera, chassis # 9306800136, originally silver w/ light red and MacLaughlan tartan seats. Just 1 of 12, 1976 Turbo & Turbo Carreras w/ light red interior and 1 of 2 w/ light red & tartan seats - the other preproduction 1976 Turbo Carrera chassis # 9306800011 fitted the same sans the sunroof. Unfortunate color change and slant nose conversion and the speedo has been replaced with a later 300 KPH unit. https://www.okotokscarauction.com/carauction/1976-porsche-930-turbo-carrera-barn-find/ Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
The ad keeps harping on the 'low mileage'.... but that cannot be true or verified if there was a speedo change, though, could it? Too, too bad about the changes... devalues the car significantly. Could be taken back to original, except for the speedo.
You are right. It can only be speculated upon by the miles. Without the original speedo, it's a silly statement to even discuss millage. That said, the interior looks really good and original and like a low mile car. More pictures are needed though to confirm interior quality. It's always wise to look at where the drivers feet sit for a "tell". I own a car like this so am biased but that said, I have restored other cars and the front fenders of that car was taken off to paint and the car brought down to metal. This all to say even if this car was still in original color and with original fenders on the car, it makes little to no difference as the work to bring it back via restoration is the same. As for the speedo, if you put up alerts and hunt, within a few years I am near certain one would find an original in the market place.
I will throw a wild wild guess and throw a dart and say with the steering wheel and the bolster of the drivers seat, it looks more like a 10-25k+- mile car. Still damn low and that interior looks really nice...

Bill made quite a bit of money flipping 3.0 turbo's when market was good, much tougher today, love the color.
1976 Porsche Turbo, chassis # 9306700564, red w/ black interior, RM Auctions, Auburn, Indiana. https://classics.autotrader.com/classic-cars/1976/porsche/911/101120265 White Turbo graphics not originally optioned but they look nice on red car. Interior looks original with nice patina but 300 KPH speedo likely installed after U.S. MPH unit was removed (likely installed during gray market conversion). Paint tag also looks like a replacement. 1976 Turbo at the Tokyo Motor show. This should be chassis # 9306700049, silver w/ light red interior, full MacLaughlan tartan, driver & passenger mirror, and Type 930/51 engine. Looking through Ryan's book, I believe this is 1 of 1, 1976 Turbo & Turbo Carreras w/ light red and full tartan interior. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Ryan doesn't list Turbo graphics so perhaps added by Mitsuwa Motors? He does list a black headliner which goes really well w/ light red - same spec as my 1979 930 Turbo.
On BAT, 1977 Turbo Carrera, chassis # 9307800490, silver w/ light red interior. Ex Pete Rose car and just 1 of 15, 1977 Turbo & Turbo Carreras, silver w/ light red interior, and 1 of 3 w/ this paint/interior combo equipped w/ sport seats. Very sad that this car was allowed to deteriorate to this condition and an unfortunate interior color change. Kudos to the seller for posting photos of the VDO speedo date stamp. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1977-porsche-911-turbo-carrera-6/ Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login View attachment 2694990
