Common issue for the 360CS Same with mine. The Alcantara feels different. The air bag Alcantara seems to retain its texture and color better. Some more than others. I used Alcantara cleaner then followed up with some mineral oil to restore the dash.

Agreed. I see that all the time on the 360CS. I imagine the airbag was wrapped at a separate point in production and sent over as a pre-wrapped unit to simply be installed into the dash without careful attention to color matching. I also believe the airbag does not burst through the center of the alcantara, but rather that cover just flaps down like a door and the airbag comes out behind it. So even if the airbag deploys the fabric shouldn't be damaged.
Just FYI, your registry has it at $225,000. Should be $250,000. (And great website btw - very useful info!!)
https://www.scottsdaleferrari.com/detail-2004-ferrari-360_challenge_strada-challenge_stradale-used-18834898.html The asking price is now on their website: $239733
Checked with more than a few sources and unfortunately for me this is the price they keep repeating as the appropriate selling price for this car at this time. I agree it will be a future classic but unfortunately I cannot hold to it for that long
Another one for sale. Was the last CS to actually sell the BJ blue one from a while back? I see a lot more hitting the market for spring fever but are any moving? Has there been any purchased this year out of auction?
She’s home. New to me Stradale and couldn’t be happier. Absolutely love it. I am a classic car guy, I feel this offers the best of both worlds. Rosso Corsa, no stripe, no radio, black leather. I’ve been looking and found this one a few miles from home. It was not currently for sale. Thanks to Mike and JPMD for answering some questions and that wonderful CS website.
Looks like CNC just listed this one, red no stripe with red/black alcantara, 16k miles asking $199k https://www.cncexotics.com/details-2004-ferrari-challenge_stradale-challenge_stradale-used-zffdu57a040134807.html
And I’ve had great luck with CNC. Huge inventory. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
My old car and only driven 30 miles since the owner after me bought it. Still in exactly the same shape I showed the car in during 2016 and cheaper too. Oh yea, my kids want me to buy it back as this is the car I owned when they were born so someone better act quickly here and take it to a good Fchat home!
