Lol - We'll be there! Meanwhile here's a send off for Foxy to listen to while the Terriers are hot on his heels!
Seen some members do this BS on ferrarichat lately, not seen this on other car forums this frequently for some reason... just don't understand what motivates them? Together with @Shadowfax and other members here I was almost convinced by him
weird. maybe some of us have been around here long enough. i can smell them from a mile away. btw, with dasnage, its not 100 percent fake. he def has access to a few of the cars. maybe the entire list in his profile is legit. but he didnt make the money and buy them himself.
2-4 cars a month that you don’t flip was a dead giveaway. Add to that he has cars on consignment with someone who is not his dealer. But he said he doesn’t flip. He also said he is loyal to his dealer. But then he is consigning a TDF and an Aperta with someone other than his dealer. Story started to fall apart pretty quickly. He was so interested in giving his expert opinion on the Pista market that he had to bloviate his credentials.
Yes, I've personally observed this. Was hoping you could expound on this. Is the reason because of allocation and/or rules that official dealers have to follow vs a a third party front dealership can get around this? Thanks for the info.
A tactic used commonly by many dealers is to have an LLC purchase or lease the car then sell the LLC to another individual thereby bypassing the restricted sale contract (first right of refusal) which most of us have to sign for minimum of 6 months to a year or 2 years for the LaF. This allows the migration of the car to various folks without violating the FNA rules.

Yes, manufacturers create rules, and we try to skirt them, rinse and repeat. Also, the ROFO is mainly to protect the dealer against the exporting of cars, that's a BIG no-no and if caught, there are BIG penalties to pay.
He's probably gone into shutdown and reboot mode. He''ll pop back up again under a different user and IP after the dust settles I imagine.... I wouldn't be losing any sleep over it. Doubt he would be either. We are clearly not dealing with an amateur.
no surprise, hey noone1, just a suggestion - perhaps be gracious and ask to have the mods delete the post with his real name. Hopefully, a lesson learned by our friend, it was all in good fun for us, and mods are happy we kept the forum clean. If anything we may have saved somebody from buying a car from a dishonest person - that is already good right there. Cheers
Yep, can expect rinse and repeat on the upcoming BB in a few weeks ..no doubt he will have a couple of allocations LOL.
Yeah no question there. We'll be having deal with a whole new and revised Fox by that stage based upon his past lessons learned. He may prove much harder to uncover next time round. Nothing wrong with a challenge I suppose.
I already messaged the mods and asked if they'd delete the entire thread. To be fair, he uses his real name on social media accounts, so it's not like I really had to dig for it.
Deleting the entire thread is ridiculous plus there is some good info/discussion on the topic here. There also has to be some incentive for others to not follow suit. Essentially what you are saying is anyone is welcome to come onto Fchat and BS their little hearts out and then have their mess removed when finally caught out....walking away Scott free. This situation may suit you noone1 but I am dead against it. Maybe next time you put someones name up on line put your own up as well.
Good luck with that - the following add asks for EUR 65,000 over MSRP: https://suchen.mobile.de/fahrzeuge/details.html?id=275571358&damageUnrepaired=NO_DAMAGE_UNREPAIRED&isSearchRequest=true&makeModelVariant1.makeId=8600&makeModelVariant1.modelDescription=pista&makeModelVariant1.modelId=28&pageNumber=1&scopeId=C&sfmr=false&fnai=prev&searchId=1ee3f1fc-858a-19ce-878e-6949258a1206 So I don't see why anyone should pay more than what is asked there - since typically, asked price could be challenged by a buyer.
Fully agree, this one - for a "real" car - seems better: https://suchen.mobile.de/auto-inserat/ferrari-488-gtb-pista-lift-voll-carbon-jbl-kamera-ronnenberg-bei-hannover/275951775.html?coId=75eaff73-defc-4b8f-8032-1e4a13dd29e4?action=vipReco At EUR 440K and given the list of options, it does not seem to ask for a higher premium either.
How good could the info be if Dansage was giving so much input? Regardless, the topic has a shelf life and the general consensus is that Pista allocations are done. Eventually Pistas will be in fact be out of production and this thread will no longer have a purpose. In any case, his name has been removed, so that's good enough.
I If you dont mind thats a lot of ferraris and if you dont flip do you keep them a year or or so then sell or do you collect them seems like a lot on am ongoing basis ...kinda cool They should give you anything you want .
