Agreed the Ford will likely get the nod and I too like the AM.G offer. The old Grumman’s were small and got the nod the last time out, cargo volume doesn’t seem to be that important. Wish the Hummer had gone slightly more Divco though...;)

The gullwing looks ancient for a 1962 introduction, no ? Kind of Dual Ghia-ish. Even the design of production cars had moved on by then, sixties tapered instead of fifties billowy. Plenty of Virgil fans would agree with your take on the Mopar D-type. ;)

New mold breaking design?? Thin wheels and long chassis are just modifications of existing designs, but will lowering the vehicle make it less attractive to a lot of female buyers? How about making some batteries that don't cause so much emissions to produce. Until then all electric is lie and not saving the world. Hybrid is the only thing that makes sense right now.

And the rear has a very strong Accord/Civic coupe vibe.

I do have to admit that the Dongfeng logo is quite striking! Maybe we could start importing them from China and sell to ricers for big money.

That looks relatively clean and nice. I wonder what the interior will be like.

I still occasionally think about the GT86 and like the idea of a simple, inexpensive sporty-feeling car that isn't all about straight-line acceleration.

    All the best,
    Andrew.

I haven't seen this posted here yet.
It's not for no reason that Bizarre is a French word...
It seem the French are the only ones left who do real "concept" cars.

That is almost like a Model T. You could just drop any body style you wanted on it without changing the chassis/wheels/fenders. Yes the French do create interesting showcars still.

My God, when I saw this photo of the M-B EQC400 I thought it was a Mazda.
It took a secornd for the star to register.

Not sure if this is good for Mazda or bad for Mercedes...

    Photoshop? Who can say?
This is the other end of the spectrum for ‘they didn’t know when to lift the brush’
In response to ‘all cars look alike?
