Word of mouth. Instagram. Facebook. friends

I’m in oc and we have:
Weekly: cars and coffee San Clemente
    Monthly:
    moulin cars and café
    Lamborghini Newport Beach supercar show
    Period correct

There’s something almost every day. Depends on what you want to do and see. I personally like moulin because of variety and size.

    In LA there’s supercar Sunday
Sunset GT and I’m sure more. I just avoid LA in the scud.

Yes, "word of mouth" and/or "friends".
I spend a half to a full day two-three times a month (vintage) driving SoCal canyons and mountain roads, sometimes alone, sometimes with friends, but prefer keeping the group small (3-4 cars max). Always see variety of different club/group drives, just last Sunday 20+ Porsches on Hwy 39/S.G. Canyon.
IIRC, FCA/SW member K.L. has organized some (monthly?) "Ferraris Only" day drives for club members.

Well, there seem to be fair amount of car owners into "it" and apparently not just limited to those with Ferraris, but would help explain popularity of all these C & C type events and ultra low miles on many high performance exotics.

Ferrari Club of America - SW Region has multiple events going on every month. Many are driving events, some are social and some are a combination. I believe that there is something going on just about every week. Well worth the price of membership to be involved.

We just got back from a 2 day event at Edwards AFB. May 31 is the Malibu Lunch drive (open to all - last Friday of the month), June 1 is KL's drive (usually 200 miles of open roads - first Saturday of the month), June 2nd is the FCA annual picnic, (first Sunday of the month is a meet up in Long Beach at the Boathouse on the Bay but canceled this month due to picnic in June) June 4 -7 is a drive to Yosemite, June 9th is the Concorso as part of the San Marino Motor Classic. Just about every weekend is a cars and coffee somewhere. The list goes on and on.

Yea agree with Scud, most times nowadays the best drives are with friends in a small group. Anything 10 or more becomes a slow choo choo train.
GMR is in my backyard so sometimes I’ll cruise with just a couple cars there.

We did just arrange and come back from an epic annual NorCal/SoCal Exotic Rally to Vegas. Camaraderie is awesome!

The Last Friday West LA to Malibu lunch drive is this Friday, June 28th. This month we are going to the Jonathan Club at the beach. Less of a drive than normal but a nice venue.

Supercar Sunday Ferrari Day is July 7th.
