    So I’m getting my car hand washed at a place I trust and there’s a kid cashing me out. He says is that a spider? I said yes and he says I like the California better and I’m like better than a 458 and he said yes. I’m like that’s a chicks car, LOL.

    Then he says I saw a McLaren the other day and I like that better too. He said they are hard to get. I didn’t even bother.

    Had a similar experience with a guy working as a restaurant host. He saw my 458 up front and felt the urge to make a comment that he would never drive one. I didn't say anything but in my head I thought "dont worry buddy, it doesnt seem like you'll have to ever face that dilemma." Lol.

    This... back in late 2005 I had a Hummer H3. Remember being at the gas station at Costco and this lady comes up to me and tries to lecture me on how much gas it must use, etc.. I said, well it gets higher MPG than your minivan. She turned around and just walked away without knowing what else to say.

    The California is just not physically appealing to me. Looks too squashed.

    A couple of friends of mine were out on the town and they spotted a blue California (same color as my 360). Not really being Ferrari guys, they caught up to the California and said to one another, that can't be my car. It just didn't have the "right lines"

    Lol I am not wrong but it is just my opinion. I am sure people on the Cali forum love them. I will say I like the Portofino a lot better.

    It is not a chicks car so you are wrong and I would venture to guess that most owners are men. However, the only two Portofino owners I know are women.

    I have a 911 turbo and a Cali T and I’m telling you that Cali T is a beast. So love it. My wife drives the 911. But I do love the 458. Probably next.

    Without a Ferrari price list on hand how are they to know what your MSRP is. Maybe they want to know if it is an Atelier or Tailor-Made car and want to ask more discreetly.
