Does anyone have a source for rebuilding a BCD fuel pump or a source for buying a rebuild kit or a rebuilt BCD pump?

Have you tried disassembly, and see what's inside?
BCD still exists in Italy, and might have the kits.

I would take the bottom plate off first keeping the bottom facing up so as not to lose the little vanes from their slots. If you can turn the rotor freely, I would put the plate back on and give it a quick bump with 12 volts to see if the motor turns. Sometimes they get gummed up or stiction from setting unused for too long. I had a NOS pump that wouldn't run and I did the above and away she went.

Search for BCD Corona in earlier threads - I posted a set of photos for disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly a while back, as have others...

Got 15 results, but none was on a rebuild.
    Mark, yours was not there.

I found a used BCD pump on the internet and followed the procedure on taking it apart and putting it back together. It was actually quite simple. The pump was filthy and making all kinds of noise before disassembly. I spent a few hours removing the dust from the motor and soaking the mechanicals in lacquer thinner before thoroughly cleaning all the bits and reassembling the pump. The pump sounds much quieter and pumps perfectly. The only thing missing is the BCD sticker which is proving very difficult to find. Attached is a picture of the finished product. I’m now ready to remove the pump from my car and repeat this process. The good news is I now have an extra fully functioning pump just in case. Thanks for all the assistance.

    Cheers,

    Alex

Let me know if Steve is out, 6 months ago my friend, Donnie Callaway, was restoring a Boxer and asked the same so I turned him onto Steve and Donnie bought what he needed.
I did buy a bunch from Steve in 2016 so not sure now.

Thanks. Mar3kl was kind enough to send me information to make a sticker that worked perfectly.
