This could be interesting.........the rules do not state if its the race or free practice so a penalty should apply regardless. My guess is 5 seconds to his qualifying time. What goes around comes around!! Tony
At that time, Kubica was a rising star; now he is a disabled driver who brings a small amount of sponsorship. Not very politically correct to say that, perhaps, but it shows how Williams is desperate that they are ready to put anyone in the car..
2 options here either Vettel's penalty gets over-turned or Hamilton does indeed take a 5s penalty into qualifying
Of course...they have their heads shoved so far up Toto's ass that i hope now Pirro can sleep like a baby..
I’m good with not being pc. If RK was disabled, he wouldn’t be driving in F1 and I credit his fortitude in returning. Fact is he wasn’t exactly classy during his Sauber time, I have no problem finding the irony in having a Canadian humiliating him now. If you can dish it up, you better be prepared to eat it when served.
A little birdie is saying that the track is being resurfaced with a "special" compound that will only benefit "A car for a driver with initials L.H.44", whatever that means.......
If he did not know he was obviously not looking... rejoining the track so long after his off and not looking into the mirrors, yeah right....well done. It is always something different when Lewis does it, isn't it? But people still believe Mercedes/Lewis is treated equal Gesendet von meinem SM-G930F mit Tapatalk
A statement issued by the stewards said: "The drivers agreed that the situation was not particularly dangerous and did not give Verstappen a lasting disadvantage in this Practice Session. "Both drivers agreed that the limited rear visibility and the angle of Car 44 made it difficult for Hamilton to see the approaching car and agreed that Hamilton re-joined slowly. "The Stewards could observe from the on-board video that Hamilton looked in his mirrors at least twice before attempting to re-join the circuit."
Lewis under full control, brings car back on track without looking, causing the other ****ing up his tyre. No penalty. No reprimand slap on the wrist. MIA
A video analysis performed by Karun Chandhok for Sky Sports F1 was also offered by Ferrari, but deemed "new but not significant and relevant as this is a personal opinion by a third party". LOL this was offered. Chandhok lol
No, not really, what i find funny is the part where the other drivers agreed it wasn't dangerous...yap, they also agreed the same about Sebs penalty..but of course, in hat case no one should listen to them, this championship is becoming more of a farse every day, i honestly think Ferrari should just pull away, it has become too ridiculous to continue...
Not really, even if we've seen drivers get reprimanded this year for stuff done in practice that also had zero effect on anything done that weekend. But they didn't drive a Mercedes....
