    His number-plate is the same as what he had on his Ferrari. Police haven't released his name only that he is 37year old from Elizabeth North. His passenger claims they weren't speeding and he did try to help the victim.

    The driver of Lamborghini has been arrested following the tragic death of a pedestrian at Glengowrie last night.
    Just before 10pm on Saturday 23 June, the driver of a white Lamborghini travelling north on Morphett Road allegedly lost control of the vehicle mounted a kerb and struck two teenagers on the footpath before colliding with the front doors of a restaurant.
    Both pedestrians were treated at the scene by ambulance crews, but sadly a 15-year-old girl from Seaview Downs has died. The second pedestrian a 15-year-old girl from Richmond was rushed to the Flinders Medical Centre with serious injuries but her condition is not considered life threatening.
    Members of SAPOL's Major Crash Investigation Section attended the scene, and arrested the driver, a 37-year-old man from Elizabeth North and charged him with Cause death by dangerous driving and also cause injury by dangerous driving.
    He has been bailed to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on 31 July.
    Morphett Road remains closed around the crash site while police examine the scene.
    The State's road toll now stands at 59 compared to 36 at the same time last year.
    Police are asking anyone who witnessed the crash or saw the white 2016 Lamborghini on Morphett Road or in the vicinity prior to the collision, to please contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

    bit more of a hassle than that, google (or ask Horse) about diesel particulate filter "burns" and the problems they cause for cars that do lots of short urban trips.
