Great looking car! How recent is the service, and was it belts only or a “major” service? Any known issues or deferred maintenance? Is the car in NJ? (I’m in NJ)
Wow, that is convenient. I am about 10 minutes away in Bernardsville. Was the car serviced in Harding by any chance? I would love to see the car. For some reason, I can’t send you a private message. I don’t think I have those rights on this board. I did not join because I do not own a Ferrari (yet!)
I bought Fred’s 328. It was fast - frankly faster than I intended to buy a car. But as luck would have it, the car was located literally 15 minutes from my hone, and 5 minutes from my mechanic of choice. My first Ferrari, and a 50th birthday present to myself. Loving it!
You’re going to love driving that 328 on those twisty roads around Bernardsville...enjoy! Alan Fair Haven NJ
We were just talking about that. The 328 with it's compliant suspension is perfect for the twisty, hilly, back roads in North Jersey
Congrats! Great price and great car, you now own one of the iconic body design of Ferrari 308/328 which I believe some called it “timeless” enjoy and happy birthday?
Thank you! After a long drive with my son through the back roads of Brookside and Mendham, the car is starting to feel like a old pair of tennis sneakers - familiar and comfortable. I’m not sure how I’m comfortable in this thing at 6’4”, but I’m having no issues either than having to carefully get in and out. Starting to regret not buying one of these years ago. Oh well, better late than never!
Love the photo, and the finish on the 328 bulkhead looks flawless. Which leads me to my question. It looks from the reflection like there's something interesting on the lift above the 928. Perhaps another one backed in? But I can't be sure. Care to share?
Image Unavailable, Please Login You have an Eagle Eye! There are two 911’s - an 83 911SC above the Ferrari, and a 92 964 above the 928S
Yes! That's what I saw, I just couldn't place it dimly lit and upside down. Thanks for sharing. I may have an eagle eye as you say, but you, Sir, have great taste in cars. Next step for you is to bring that beautiful 328 out to a meet or two (welcome to the 328 club, by the way) and join us in the Owners' Forum.
Congrats from one NJ Ferrari owner to another. I think $69K is a reasonable price for the car - enjoy it! Bernardsville is really lovely, hopefully some good roads to drive on.
