He will finish second; if he threatens LH he will be ordered to move over. If LH were in any other car but the MB, he’d be trailing massively just like everyone else. It’s all about the tech. Bottas and Hamilton have both been getting Poles and Wins this year. Bottas is starting to get in the groove at Mercedes and it could get nice and tight between them. Sadly probably not as exciting as Rosberg / Hamilton.
