I'm ordering $20K worth of parts and would like to know everyone's experience working with either or both. Thanks in advance!

I agree with ^ APA#1 descent pricing on parts and they do get back in touch with you fairly quickly when or if you need assistance.

I've been very happy with Eurospares. Quick delivery if it's in stock.

Very prompt service and comms. They sourced some very hard-to-find parts for me in less than a week.

I don’t like either and where possible will go direct. In the UK I use Maranello parts. Always helpful on the phone, blindingly quick shipping and a good website...finally. (Eurospares get there oem parts from themmsnyway.)

I will also use superformance here in the UK.

Scuderia sold me some enamel shields that where so bad, whoever inspected them must have been blind, and they refused to refund the return postage. I know it’s not much in money terms but it’s the principal and the hassle on my part for a rubbish product.

Eurospares I find the shipping slow and some of the prices for second hand parts, if your not after original it would be cheaper to get it custom made!

For that value of parts, shop around. Take the list to your local dealer and see what he can do as well, over here in the UK they can be very good, not sure state side.

What does everyone think of GT Car Parts? I have gotten a lot of value from them by ordering non oem crossed parts for many basic items. They work with you on pricing for used parts too

Guys, I need to get new shocks on my 2011 Cali. Scuderia Parts quotes 50% of the dealer quote and about 50% of the quote of my very trusted non dealer specialist who has been listed on Ferrari chat as 1 of 4 trusted Ferrari non dealer specialists.
I then called Ferrari of NA and spoke with their parts department. Scuderia parts is NOT an authorized Ferrari parts dealer and Ferrari of NA does NOT sell to them.
My conclusion: Ferrari Scuderia sources their parts most likely from China or other lower priced suppliers.

I recently purchased from Scuderia Car Parts, a sponsor here. They are located in the UK and I believe have a U.S. phone number but probably do not deal with Ferrari NA. They delivered genuine Ferrari parts from the factory quickly and at a great price.

Dave, thank you for your response. My issue is I can’t make sense of how the business model would work if Scuderia Parts was really selling genuine Ferrari parts. Even if Ferrari SpA was selling to Scuderia (rather then Ferrari NA), why would SpA undercut their own dealer and parts business by 50%? Doesn’t make sense to me. Am I missing something? My guess is that Chinese parts are being made with high quality as counterfeit. Scuderia also sells Aston Martin, Lambo, Bentley and it is hard for me to believe they are being sold authentic parts by these brands also.
Guys, please tell me if I am missing something...?

Complete speculation on my part: Maybe a service pro or dealer will offer true insight.

I am guessing that the factory sells to dealers and parts suppliers at a set wholesale price. Dealers are probably marking the parts up a MINIMUM of 100%, so if SCP were to sell parts at 50% markup and not have to warehouse them they should be doing OK. They also sell aftermarket accessories that are sold at the normal prices. Basically a shipping company and customer pays the shipping.

Ali, I can assure you that all of the parts from Scuderia Parts, Eurospares, Marenello parts, Ricambi, and any Ferrari dealer are all genuine Ferrari parts and come from the same manufacturer. Some parts come through FNA, some do not. Every part from every supplier has its own markup story.

While I won't post names. I clearly have received parts claiming to be real factory parts that weren't real factory parts from one of the above named entities.

Had great experience with both. Also, it becomes a necessity to work with both because one often doesn't stock a part you need and vice versa. So to me the answer is 'all of the above'

Not a fan of Scuderia for 2 reasons:

    1. The website I went to was called Scuderia Car Parts USA, but there is absolutely nothing USA about it. I find that rather dishonest.
    2. Their shipping upcharges are beyond ridiculous. I've ordered tons of stuff from the UK and have never had to pay $200+ for shipping. There wasn't anything big or heavy either. Redacted quote below.
    Stick with Ricambi and Eurospares.

You are missing something in fact...they will sell OEM products (Bosch, Brembo, etc.) that are not "genuine Ferrari" but are the same exact part in OEM packaging. It circumvents the Ferrari markup.
