    Yep, and that makes it imperfect, but it's one of the things that 'outsiders' like best about the car... when I had the carbs rwbuilt many years ago lots of people lamented the loss of
    backoff flames!
    Induction noise is still fabulous on my car :)

    My car crackles and pops massively on the overrun (or whatever wankers call it).

    I’m sure it’s a property of the exhaust. Sounds awesome.

    Yours wouldn't either if it was standard. My old challenge didn't.
