Joe, I want to thank you for posting photos each week. I didn't appreciate you efforts until you were away on vacation. It's nice to have a weekly record of our gatherings.

Dream ride car show is sick. Miller Motorcars bring their craziest stuff. Two years ago there were something like 9 pagani’s. It’s the only time I saw a Bugatti Chiron and a Spyker in real life.

I’ll be in Farmington this weekend, just way too many too cars to stay away.

Good thing is, I’ll be one of maybe 2-3 360’s, instead of 1 of the 7 LaFerrari’s they had last year!

Would anyone be interested in doing a short drive to Job's Pond? It's about 30 minutes from Starbucks in Portland. I could show you guys were I hide out during summer.

    Last year there were at least 15 Pagani's, Koenigsegg Agera, Ferrari's (LaF's, Tdf's, 812's, ...) McLaren Senna's, P1's, 720S, Porsche GT2 RS and more.
Monterey car week was last weekend. Some of those cars show up at Dream Ride this weekend, mostly thru Miller. The new Koenigsegg Jesko is supposed to be there.

    Dream Ride changes:
Spectator parking used to be on-site at Farmington Polo Grounds. Now it is at the driving range at 1024 Farmington Ave (Rt 4), Farmington, CT 06032. Free shuttle from there.
This could be messy (as in 'traffic jams'/confusion) this first year for this change because everyone was used to parking at the show. So, there are going to be a lot of u-turns happening.
Plus, now $5 donation (should have been charging all along really)

That will be annoying. I will have two small kids and a double stroller with me.

I'm going to be there. It might be low attendance due to a few of our regulars will be at the Dream Cruise.

Thank you to everyone who joined us at Job's Pond. We enjoyed your company. Maybe we should do a Gather's picnic? Lin and Lauren were excited to learn that Barb liked it here. We would love to have her and Jay for neighbors.

I enjoyed it as well. Right up until the time when I realized that the folks I courteously let go ahead of me in the shuttle, didn’t have the courtesy to wait 5 minutes till I got on there on the second shuttle . Thought we were riding to and from together. Guess not. Thanks Barb and Jay for helping find my way back to the highway.

Sorry about the Joe. I thought we were all going our own way on the return trip. I took all back roads home. My bad... should have waited for everyone.

No worries Joe. I misunderstood. The group rides are the best part of being a gatherer for me. I thought those of us headed back to the Hartford area and points north would do it together. Have a safe week all.
