    Hi.

The last couple of trips, especially the last trip I’ve noticed when I come off the throttle I’m getting a lot of pops/misfires/burbles

I have a tubi and although I haven’t had the car long I don’t remember them been this noticeable, im not sure if the manifold is OEM or tubi, is there a giveaway sign?

I’m just wondering if this is a sign of the manifolds leaking

True, a smoke test is the only surefire way to know.

I’m Assuming if smoke fills the engine bay I have a leak?

In addition to this smoke test, your engine bay should be covered in white powder. Being the insulation under the original clam shell.. if you see this, its time to replace the exhaust headers. If you have a leak in an exhaust manifold its best not to drive the car because you can damage the engine, specifically a piston and liner. This is a well known problem.
