Yes, Steve Earle's championship car, my car since 2003, the one Hot Wheels made more Ferrari models of than any other, and the car listed at Ferrari of Houston for $179,995 is available for quick trade or sale for significantly less.

    https://www.symbolcarsinc.com/used/ferrari/f355_challenge/in-stock/1995-ferrari-f355-challenge-houstonthe-woodlands-34801014

This is one of the last assets that Jennie and I own 50-50, we're motivated to sell it quickly after being listed at Ferrari of Houston for 6+ months. All trades and cash offers will be considered!

My reputation with FerrariChat is worth far more than not providing more info on the car than required. Usually it is buyers beware the responsibility is on them to do a PPI and ask the right questions. Below is everything on the car and all little secrets!
    • The car has a title, I paid for all the title fees back in 2003, but I have never got the title in hand from Ferrari of Houston (back then Tony Nevotti was GM of Ferrari of Dallas). I bought from the widow of owner that bought from Steve Earle in 1999. Tony has tried for 16 years to get title from her unsuccessfully, supposedly power of attorney and title all hidden away in storage. You can speak with Tony directly about what can be done, I have considered bonded title, but trying to avoid that headache. I have all Bill of Sale and other paperwork from 2003.
    • The car is in great shape, I kept all maintenance up to date with Norwoods for the 16 years I owned. Ferrari of Houston went through the car this year and to get the car up to 100% their race standards recommended all of the following...
-Replace/Rebuild front & rear suspension upper and lower control arm bushings and ball joints
*** Front right lower control arm is cracked***
-Replace/Rebuild front & rear shock absorbers, lower bushings, and spacers and pad on top of shock absorbers
-Rebuild front & rear brake calipers
-Replace front and rear wheel bearings
-Replace damaged front brake ducting (Aftermarket alternative is an option) and refinish fiberglass ducting on front & rear brake disc assemblies
-Replace wheel liners and lower gravel guards
-Replace front & rear sway bar bushings and lubricate end links
    -Perform Four wheel alignment
    • I have all service records since I bought in 2003 from Norwoods. Records before that may be available from Ferrari of Houston. Some highlights...

    This car is amazing!

Congratulations on your divorce! If it isn’t already your life will improve, the sun will shine and birds will be singing. The car is just the spoils of war and you will replace it. The important thing is your happiness. No one should ever take that away from you again. Best of luck!

Just wanted to say how nice Franco/Chris Sacco 355C, as well as a red one owned by the de Bolle family, looked last weekend at the Festival.

    They are aging really well.

You know Dr. Wolinsky ended up in a nice 355C after selling his resin 308GTB.

there will be no problem getting title, just a matter of which method best. Tony at Ferrari of Houston can talk through all of that. Many 348 and 355 Challenge cars don't have title and of course hardly any 360+ as they didn't have a VIN. I believe a buyer could make that contingent with Ferrari of Houston to finally motivate and get the title. Otherwise I think best might be bonded title and that will be a good investment in a couple years when that clears.

Great price for this cool track car.

Trust me nothing cooler then driving this on the track or to the store for milk LOL, I have 3 of them and hardest thing is choosing what color to bring that day LOL

Title~ If the car had a title very easy to get it again

    Someone will have lots fun

FYI the actual price is much less than the one listed at Ferrari of Houston. Similar to what Robb sold his at this summer without title. Mine has the great Steve Earle race history plus easy title access. Also car has been "inque" for Ferrari Classique all year, honestly don't know the hold up and how long to get that over the line.

That used to be a fast 355. I raced against him many times. Doc Earle, as we called him, was a good driver and all around nice guy always willing to give tips and advice. He took very good care of that car. As I recall the engine was Teflon coated and Ferrari of Houston rebuilt the engine every few races. 355 Challenge cars are a blast to drive!
