Hi! I am in Nor Cal and looking to get eyes on an 08 F430 Spider in Anaheim. I am considering a PPI at RMT Motorsports in Yorba Linda... Does anyone have experience using them? Thanks Aaron
Randy at RMT is great. He does all the work on my 612. He is a Ferrari factory trained mechanic. If I was going to get a PPI, the only person I would go to would be Randy. Note Randy is in Yorba Linda, which is very close to Anaheim.
Ironically there was someone a few months ago from Nor Cal that was buying a 430 and had Randy do the PPI. Here is the link. You may want to ask the OP in that thread how he liked the PPI. The thread also gives you the other choices in the area. https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/recommend-a-shop-for-a-ppi-in-irvine-or-nearby-for-a-f430.601406/
Now, the irony statement aside, this looks like a proper (i.e. unbiased) way to offer recommendation.
I’m not familiar with them but that doesn’t mean anything. I am planning to use MDM Motorsports for a Ferrari ppi . They are a Ferrari indy shop. Long term past experience working at Newport Beach Ferrari. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat they are located in Mission Viejo, Ca. About 15 mins from Anaheim . Ppi is about $350 there.
I would want to hear from others about their prior experiences with them. Getting a PPI based solely on price is like shopping for a cheap brain surgeon.
