To be fair, he had two good games before throwing a clunker this Monday. Reports are that Case has a foot injury and a coach on the hot seat, so who knows how much more rope he gets.

And it was either Nick Wright or Chris Carter I believe I heard this morning say that you also have to remember that Colt McCoy was supposed to start before getting injured.

 

And, he's the most familiar with Gruden's system. In my mind, the only reasons they start Hopkins are to appease the owner, fans or save the coach's butt.

Great back and forth game. Thought that whoever had the ball last was going to win it but the Pack losing Adams was catastrophic timing. For sure they could have got 6 on one of their last 2 drives. 1st and goal from the 1 and 4 incomplete passes WTF?

Glad that Eagles DB who got hit helmet to helmet by his own teammate was doing good after leaving on the stretcher, scary sight to see and a reminder how brutal pro football can be.

As much as I do not like Antonio Brown, I have to agree with him here. Mayfield is all talk and no action, and in my opinion will end up a bust. I also agree with Rex Ryan that Mayfield is over rated as hell.

 

I agreed with him too, but I also agreed with Rome's take about Rex that I didn't think of. He threw out of a couple reasons why Rex is the last person who should be taking shots at anyone.

I think Baker's starting to realize he's got a lot of work ahead of him because it's harder than he thought.

 

Mayfield may be terrible. But he is the best qb CLE has had in a long time. Can’t even think of a good one.

 

Browns really look like they got caught up in their own off season hype. My dad used to say - don't talk about it, do it.
