    I don't think so...if Vettel has set his car up more for the race then why should he stay behind leclerc all the time, simply because Leclerc was faster on a single lap? Doesn't seem fair...

    Agreed. It only seems to be that there was an agreement at Ferrari that Leclerc would help Vettel with the tow at the start and in return would get the place back. We will see what happens. They really need to build enough of a margin over Bottas, if they can, that he doesn't drone round slowing them down after their pitstops.
