If you have the vehicle's documentation, it's on a card in an envelope. Also, there's a good chance that the dealer wrote it down on the inside of the owners manual

I looked through all the books/warranty card
Radio reset codes ,etc. There is a little metal stamp with some numbers attached to one of the key ring. Could this be it?

Don't think so Sal. Best I know, it's on a card that was in a sealed envelope (well, sealed at one point in the past). Maybe some others will chime in.

The original selling dealer may also have this information in their records. If you call their service dept and show proof of ownership, they may assist you.
I know my local dealer keeps this information. They also do so for their service customers. I bought a used 430 Scuderia, and during the first time I brought it in for service they suggested I share the alarm code and stereo code so they could add it to my customer profile.

Nothing now. It was the master and when used the first time it codes the PIN into the immobiliser. Now it’s just the same as the black ones....

The metal tag is your key cutting code. The PIN is a 4 digit number.

To reset the alarm you need the Red Fob and the pin. Missing either one means you are going to have issues. It either requires cloning fobs manually or replacing the alarm kit. Depending on the model of car that may also mean swapping the engine control units from LH to RH or replacing all together.

Windsock- What is resetting the alarm? If he has three fobs and all three work, he is in good shape and better off than most. There are several folks now who can also pull his PIN code from his red fob.

You really only need the PIN if your fob fails and you want to try keystrokes to get her started, or you need to program the Alarm ECU to accept a new set of three fobs. In the first case, just use one of the other fobs.

Plus, the system will not accept the same code twice in a row so even if you put it into learning mode you can not program again with the same red fob. Once used It is no longer special.

Either your fob is out of sync or the siren battery has failed. The fob is on a rolling code, so if you press it many many times, it might resync. If the siren battery has failed, it likely means the acid has leaked and compromised the circuit, so the only solution is to replace the siren.

None of the above: the siren battery is in the siren - I cannot recall where it is in the 360 but multiple previous threads will probably tell/show

As someone else has noted have you tried all three fobs ?

Another nightmare imho issue. To be honest your best bet is to talk with 360Trev and delete it. It is made like crap and prone to failure.

The PIN code is located in the car's documentation.. It is a square paper that has some perforations that allow you to open it.

The alarm siren is located in the trunk on the driver's side. It is behind the panels.

The immo, once it starts to fail causes a plethora of painful symptoms.

White envelope, second paper inside, with perforated edges, still unopened!. Inside a
Four digit code!. Only perforated enough to
Peak inside. However was not necessary as red remote did the trick and alarm disarmed and stopped beeping. All good once again in Ferrari land!. Thanks to everyone for their helpful comments
